"Holy Water" achievement not awarding

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Attempting to claim the achievement "Holy Water" which says to drench a Fallen Empire's holy world. Used the Colossus Deluge weapon to convert all 4 of the holy worlds to ocean worlds. Was engaged in a wargoal "Total War: Colossus" type action with the Holy Guardian FE. Also used deluge weapon on all of FE's planets. No achievement awarded.

Using only UI mods. Claimed "Fishing for Trouble" achievement in same game with same UI mods enabled, without issue.

just got this achievement, it's fairly easy to get once you've built your colossus if there's a Holy FE in the game

Spoiler: some more spoilerish info

based on the achievement script, the Holy FE still has to be sleeping and you can't be at war with them for the achievement to trigger

so you basically just bring your Deluge Colossus to one of their Holy World planets and drench it

immediately after my Colossus performed the drenching, the FE messaged my empire, awakened, and declared war

also had the Head of Zarqlan archeological site in this playthrough, but left it alone out of worry that it would mess up getting the achievement, so no idea if the achievement would trigger and/or the FE would awaken and attack if you already had "proven yourself worthy" before drenching their world

Me too!! I drenched one of the holy world and FE declared war with me. But I didn't get this achivement. That's very annoying!!!
