Habitats built over planets with both energy and minerals do not display districts properly. (3.4.3, 9d15)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In the image attached below I used console commands to create a planet with both energy and minerals and built a habitat on it. Habitats districts were not displayed properly. In my play throughs I have occasionally gotten planets with both energy and mineral deposits. Normally I get these planets from the prospector. It would be nice if void dwellers could take advantage of these planets.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Find a planet with both mineral and energy deposits.
Build a habitat on it.
Colonize the habitat.
