Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Graphics changes, no checksum mods.

After the artisan station got destroyed by the Contingency, I lost the Patron of the Arts modifier as usual. No other artisan stations are in the galaxy. About 5 years later, the pop-up for renewing Patron of the Arts appeared, but no species portrait and other issues (hovertext shows "'s trust towards..." rather than correct text, see screenshot). The renewal works and gives the Patron modifier back to my empire.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Open the save game attached, look at the pop-up
