Game crashes when loading screen reaches 100%

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I tried everything on the post made by MrFreake_PDX and verified my files. The launcher still says all dlcs are corrupted and the initial loading screen comes up if the game is launched. Once the initial loading screen reaches 100% game just crashes. I disabled all mods and all DlC's as well. Also tried the video changes also suggested but no luck.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Launche game, launcher opens (says dlc's corrupted), launch the game, loading screen comes up adn once it loads to 100% it crashes

Unfortunately, the issue does not reproduce on our end. Can you provide us with more information?
In order to find out what is happening we will require the crash report folder.
It can be found here: C:\Users\[user id]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\crashes

I found a solution on the steam discussions. I had to erase/rename your paradox folder. All your saved empires and your personal settings are lost, but can easily create new one.

Go to:
C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Paradox Interactive

delete or rename this folder "Paradox Interactive".

The game now runs, i have to check if any of the other reported issues arise.....
