You can't get in game. There's a bunch of reports on Twitter of it being down. I made a video of it:
There's a special event, it's now 6:36 PM here and it's been down since around 8AM my time. I was in, then stuff in game stopped working, so I restarted the game client, and then haven't been able to get back in. It died shortly after the Leviathon galaxy opened up.
