Hey guys!
I'm currently in the middle of making 2-3 vids (using quality Pixar-style graphics *cough) which will be focusing on different concepts and essentially a simplified breakdown of Stellaris for newcomers and people who might be intimidated by Grand Strategy 4x games!
My first vid is going to cover:
- What is Stellaris
(Brief description of game + vision + what makes it different from other Paradox games)
- Galaxy Creation
(x3 different types of galaxies, star limits, AI/empire numbers etc)
- Faction Creation
(This will be covering species, homeworlds, empire and ships)
I'll try to make some sexy 2d graphics in photoshop (even though most primary schools kids have a higher artistic skillset than me) to overlay it to try and help visually break it down as well.
Obviously these videos are gonna be real simple, not delving into complexities (a little bit in regards to warp/FTL methods) but are meant to be easily interpreted etc
So I guess the reason I'm posting this is that, as a YouTuber I'm pretty new/fresh at doing this sort of stuff so I wanted to ask you guys, what sort of stuff do you think should be included in these videos?.. Is there any features of Stellaris that are really complicated which might intimidate newcomers, that we could break down? Or any tips/advise you think could go a long way?

Cheers,
- Tan
