Do you have mods enabled?
Yes
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The fleet academy building does not show up in the orbital stations. This includes having shipyards queued and built.
No mods changing the checksum so mods dont matter.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Build Orbital Ring
- Upgrade to Tier 2
- Build or queue shipyard, fleet academy will still not show in the buildings slot
