Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Finders Keepers espionage event triggered for an operative spying on... my own empire. I supposedly now have a codebreaking bonus against myself. See attached screenshot showing the event popup and the diplomacy menu to confirm that the empire in question ("Gwesibor Autocracy") is mine.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
No clue how to reproduce, it just happened as I was playing. I had spy networks in a number of other empires, for whatever that's worth. The attached save is from a few game days after it happened, hopefully that's enough to work back to what triggered it.
