Description
Federation fleet ships upgrade to most recently updated design [2.0.2] [d07e]

Game Version
v2.0.2 (d07e)

What version do you use?

Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Utopia,
Leviathans Story Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever I update a federation fleet ship design, all ships of the same size, even if they are of a DIFFERENT class, display the arrow indicating they can be upgraded.

Following through with the upgrade will change all of the ship classes to the most recently updated class of that size.

The tedious workaround to this is to ensure that the federation ship design for the ships I'm upgrade is the most recently updated.

The only mod I currently have installed is to decrease the thickness of border lines on the galaxy map.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Create federation ship designs of the same size: class A and class B.
2. Build any number of ships of class A.
3. Make a change to the design for class B.
4. Ships of class A will show the upgrade arrow, and when upgraded will be changed to class B.
