Fear of the Dark result multiple times [3.7.2][e793]

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was able to get the result dialog for Fear of the Dark six times, choose the same option (Haven was right, settle differences) every time. The resulting empire modifier (that counters the fear of the dark origin negatives) was only added once. But the result of the following choice (become fanatic purifier) is added six times after I choose that option every time. Same thing happened for the situation.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I assume it is caused by all the science ships that are auto-exploring.
Attached save file is three months before it happens, set speed to max and unpause.

I had something similar happen when the Khan woke up and took my colony on the Fevorian planet. When I cleared out the fleets, the system became unexplored and I could choose to kill the "Fevorians" (though the pops were split between Maurader and my species pops).
