Fallen empire seems to use wrong insult

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Here this fallen empire is mad at me, calling me "Filthy shrooms" - but THEY are the fungoids - I am playing mammals (cats), so I think the insult key is incorrectly looking at the Fallen empire's race instead of mine.
