Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Unsure if this is intentional, but when you go to the capital of a fallen empire, the one with the capital named "Cradle", at least, there is a blank spot where normally you'd see "Colony" or "Fallen Empire Colony", in the case of this fallen empire's other colonies. Can't confirm if the other fallen empire in my save has the same issue, since it's currently occupied by other AIs.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a new game, check the label of the capital of the fallen empire. I'm not certain, but that fallen empire had been defeated in a war by an AI empire earlier, so its possible that the AI had taken the original capital, but given the name "Cradle", I doubt that.
