Currently there is no benefit to going above 100% slavery tolerance, however it's very easy to do so.

For example, if you play Fanatic Collectivist/Spiritualist and go Divine Mandate into Transcendent Empire, you'll be sitting at 200% slavery tolerance which does absolutely nothing for you. Perhaps in the future we could see the overflow translate into some other kind of small benefit so it doesn't feel like quite such a waste?

I was kinda hoping that Tolerance would wrap-around, so that at 200% Slavery Tolerance your Slaves get a happiness Bonus, equal to the Happiness Malus that a 0% slave would get.

So you would choose Xenophobe over collectivism if you're not keen on oligarchies or autocracies and you don't want to burden your own pops with slavery. It seems like from this tweet that Xenophobe is a bit weaker than collectivism, including the food bonus that collectivism gives you. Am I missing something or will xenophobia have more benefits in events and policies?

I think an output bonus might be nice if you go over the tolerance mark

Either would be a good addition. I'd just like to see anything as opposed to nothing.

Isn't it true that government bonuses are universal? Because ethoses change depending on the POP. If you enslave pops that are not collectivist, your own pops might enjoy that but your slaves sure as hell don't. And not all of your species would be collectivist for example, they can diverge. Government form might help with that.

"Xenophobes have other advantages, such as cheaper military conquests and a really good special tech." From Wiz's twitter.

I think xenophobia and collectivism are actually pair together quiet quite nicely. You get 100% alien slavery tolerance (I guess these bonuses would stack?), lesser food requirement, xenophobic tech and conquest bonus and probably some collectivistic hidden bonuses too. This looks actually better than if you go full Collectivistic route.

I plan to play Collectivistic Xenophobe Militaristic mammal race with pack hunter mentality. Should be pretty good for conquering and enslaving the galaxy

Just one doubt I have:

Collectivist increase all Slavery Tolerance
Xenophiles, lower Alien Slavery Tolerance, if I rremember right

So, if I am a Collectivist Xenophile state, my pops will better accept their own lot slaved, than any other race? That doesn´t seem right. Wouldn´t a Collectivist Xenophile think that any race should serve the state equally, not matter if Gorgorite or Xae´Thuli?

Probably? That's how it would appear to work in such a combination, but who knows?

If they're Xenophile then they would take into consideration how that other species might feel about being enslaved. From my understanding collectivistic pops are happy to work for free for the state, but they would understand that not all species feels the same way if they're xenophile.

Have we seen yet what the effects of slavery tolerance are? I.e. what modifiers POPs get for being enslaved or for living in an empire with slavery that get reduced by slavery tolerance?

Is it just happiness, or something more? E.g. we've been told that slaves produce more food/minerals, but make poor scientists. Does slavery tolerance have an impact on these modifiers?

Currently there is no benefit to going above 100% slavery tolerance, however it's very easy to do so.

For example, if you play Fanatic Collectivist/Spiritualist and go Divine Mandate into Transcendent Empire, you'll be sitting at 200% slavery tolerance which does absolutely nothing for you. Perhaps in the future we could see the overflow translate into some other kind of small benefit so it doesn't feel like quite such a waste?
The effects are multiplicatives and not additives, so you probably can not go above 100 %.
