Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After winning a war and some new planets, I changed the rights of a few species. I then got an alert saying I have overcrowding on 4 different planets, even though all of them have yet to reach their planet capacity. I’ve tried to resettle the pops but it hasn’t worked. After reading about that on different forums and subreddits I concluded that it must be a bug. Also, before changing the rights of one the species, it was getting purged.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Claim a system with a planet where pops are being purged, make that empire your vassal by means of war, change the rights of the purged and undesirable species.
