Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I assign a science ship to excavate an archaeology site, everything appears to work, but the timer won't progress, so it just sits there doing nothing.
I believe this was caused by the caravaneers requesting the ship while it was digging the ruin. The replacement ship is not able to excavate the site.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load the save and look at the site in the system Qirbus.
