Driven assimilator cannot mark foreign robot populations as colonization forbidden

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As a driven assimilator you are unable to mark foreign robots (Acquired from conquest) as forbidden to colonize.
I think this is because my founding species is Robots. And they are also a kind of robot, but they are not MY robots.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
play as a driven assimilator. conquer enemy planets with robots that count as a different race.
