Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The option does not work with the spiritualist branch of the event, even with the ethics of the empire, spiritualism falls out of the event with a scientific approach.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Pick the spir. ethic
2. Activate or find an event with the Dimensional portal (colony.3005)
3. Get event hell ( colony.3006 )
4. Even taking into account the ethics of spiritualism, an event of a scientific decision will be launched (colony.3006.science)
5. Event ( colony.3006.prayer ) ignored
