Custom surnames not added to Imperial heir [3.8.1]

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If i use more than one word to name an Imperial ruler, it's heir will not automatically have the same second name. For example, i were to name my ruler "Mr Mcmanface" then his heir would not spawn with the "Mcmanface" surname.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Create Custom faction with Imperial Government

2. Give Ruler Custom Name

3. start game and wait for heir to spawn

Tip in case you didn't know: You can manually rename leaders. So this bug isn't a big issue.

I am aware that i can rename the rulers but to have to rename them every time gets a bit annoying, especially if i play all the way to the end of the game.

I'm getting this too. I just had an Heir spawn called "Gaylord". Nothing else!

wow ive never had a Gaylord heir before

I confirm this with my own fantasy custom name list.
This is not an issue all the time the heir is still a heir, like "Prince Henry".
But then a heir succeeds a parent, then the hidden surname should appear, or a surname should be drawn from the name list, like "King Henri Stuart", instead of getting "King Henry".
