Crystalline Bane does not prevent synthetic pop growth [v.3.4.2 7836]

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This savegame is from a multiplayer lobby with all DLCs, the problem appeared there and I tried to solve it in private.
I got the "Dig Deeper" Questline and awakened "Crystalline Bane". 15k (!) Army on planet. Colony lost. Planet becomes occupied. (As intended I guess)
After rejoining the lobby (we were trying to resolve another issue), I noticed that I had 4 pops on the planet, but still marked as "occupied", so I cant build/resetlle. (There is one unemployed, two employed and producing ressources)
Pops that are build are robotics only. And "There are no species that can grow on this planet" (one very much organic pop is there), this comes from "Crystalline Bane"-planet-modifyier.
