Yes, anyway none of them affect gameplay

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Just got "Rise of the Machines" in steam right after loading into galaxy. As an Eager Explorer, which is strange.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Create machine empire. In my case it was Eager Explorers + OTA updates. Consolidation origin. Don't know IS this matter or not.
2. Set "AI empires", marauders and fallen to 0. I don't believe that primitives affect this, even tho in my save they are also 0.
3. Start. When galaxy created game instantly triggers achievement in steam.
