Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I re-downloaded the game and unsubscribed from all my mods verified the file multiple times and still crashes. This has only happened since I got a new PC, specs

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Maybe using windows 11? I have windows eleven not sure if that's causing it
