Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When a habitable planet with a moon has the Corrupt Survey Data anomaly, the planet will disappear and leave the moon behind when it is researched. The moon will continue to exist and orbit around nothing.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Research a planet with a moon that has the Corrupt Survey Data anomaly.

I attached a game save with the anomaly attached to a habitable planet with a moon, it is in the same system as the science ship.

The event literally says that the "planet" is a holographic projection produced a tiny artifcial object that has the same gravity as a planet.
