3.3.4 Libra

No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Multiplayer game. When the Contingency spawned, none of us had planet crackers. One of us had a deluge colossus (Aquatics) so we used that on the first sterilisation hub to see what would happen!

The planet was flooded and became an ocean world. It did not destroy the steralisation hub, but strangely, now allowed ground troops to be landed on the planet (an Awakended Empire went on to land 18k troops on the planet, to no effect).

The bombardment / devestation level was frozen after flooding and could not be increased, no matter how many ships were brought in.

We later went back and cracked the flooded steralisation hub, along with the Awakended Empire troops stationed on it. However, this did not give us the 'Sterilisation Hub destroyed' popup. Even as a wrecked planet, it remained highlighted via the situation log as a target.

Because of this, we couldn't defeat the contingency because their final planet never spawned (after succesfully destroying the other three hubs), and so we had to abandon the run at this point.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Flood a sterilisation hub with deluge colossus. It will enter a bugged state from that point on.

EDIT: MP savegames attached. This is a 'before and after' planet-craking the flooded world. You'll find it in the Galpan system, in the mid-east sector of the galaxy, directly adjacent to an L-Gate.

Can confirm the devolving beam causes the same problem. I’ve also read reports of other beams doing it too. I’d say this is a high priority bug, since bombarding the damn things is incredibly tedious, so using colossi is extremely desirable.
