Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing as FR12-B3 - Machine empire

- Playing as a machine empire
- Recently conquered neighbours planets & systems
- Suddenly have -16 consumer goods due to "jobs"
- Jobs are not reflected on any owned planets

Tried to look for them via
- Sector view - added all new systems to sectors, no sector running a deficit
- Cycled through all planets - Job tab shows no jobs consuming CGoods
- Checked all stations & orbital rings - Could not find any consuming CGoods

Steps to reproduce the issue.

This might be the same bug that I'm encountering (can't post link). I think there is a possibility that some pops aren't properly removed from the planet when they should be wiped out (Colossus use in my case). And as they have no empire to belong to they don't show up.

I found a post online that talks about running some commands in the console to fix it but as I only play ironman I can't try it. If you're not playing ironman try running 'effect every_galaxy_pop = { limit = { NAND = { exists = planet planet = { any_pop = { is_same_value = prevprev } } } } kill_pop = yes }' in the console.
