Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I am stuck with Advanced combat computers and cant get any research options to go higher. I have researched everything possible and currently doing the repeating options and no better combat computers have appeared. This happened on multiplayer with reduced tech cost if that has something to do with it. One of my friend also had an issue on a different game where they didn't get a single combat computer research option till after we had already unlocked and built titans
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play the game with reduced tech cost. Research things.
