Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If I chose my current empire ruler (who has the chosen trait) to be the chosen of the composer, he doesn't get the trait. Any other ruler does, but it looks like because the chosen of the composer trait tries to replace the psionic trait (which he no longer has due to having the chosen trait), nothing happens.

In the attached save, the event fires the following month.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Psionically ascend (I have a teachers of the shroud empire).
2. Get the event where one of your leaders absorbs the energies of the shroud and becomes chosen
3. Later, try to choose that same leader to be the chosen of the composer
