Description
In the attached savegame several achievements are not being awarded. One achievement, Surfing the Web (introduced with the Overlord DLC), should apply immediately since the requirements in the savegame are already met, but other achievements attempted during the course of this game were not awarded either.
PLEASE NOTE This game was started prior to the release of the Overlord DLC in Libra 3.3.4.

I'm not entirely sure if this qualifies as a bug. I set up and started this game about a week ago specifically to attempt missing achievements and was already somewhat worried if that game is still eligible for achievements, knowing that a new DLC is about to be released with a minor patch version increase that could potentially break my savegame. If savegames started in earlier versions become ineligible for achievements, that fact isn't displayed clearly - or not at all, as far as I can tell.
On May 11th, the day before the Overlord DLC release, I actually got one other missing achievement with that very game.
After installing the Overlord DLC, I checked the savegame in the main menu and found that it wasn't broken. The ironman icon is still present, no mouse-over tooltips or anything else suggested that this savegame isn't eligible for achievements anymore. Continuing the game I found that I did not get any achievements, regardless of whether they are new Overlord achievements or older ones ("Stay on Target" is the one I'm after and set this game up for).
I checked the savegame itself and found that the gamestat JSON has the same version properties as a game I started after the Overlord DLC release.
The only oddity I could find is that despite enabling Steam Cloud synchronization in my Steam client and turning on the "Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud for Stellaris" in the general game settings, all my savegames are showing the "This save is not in the cloud, it is only saved locally." icon. I don't know whether this is relevant for achievements or not though.
