Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Caravaneer Citadel dialogue box cannot be dismissed by any means. It even persists through reloading the save file, and rebooting the game entirely.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
There is a fairly rough set of wars going on, and a lot of pops being assimilated/altered in the galaxy.

I bought like 100,000 EC of Caravan coins and was just holding the enter key to repeat-roll the slot machine dialogue for the chance at more minor relics, with the game PAUSED. At some point, it skipped(?) and there was another, duplicate dialogue box open, which originally had a dialogue option (the normal "Score...?" option) but was grayed out; upon reloading the file, the dialogue option is no longer existent, and there is no way of forcing the window to close (where's the X to close?). No attempts to hail other space nations work to remove the dialogue, and hailing the Caravans does not work since while this dialogue window is open, the logic assumes I am already talking to them.
