Can't load any saved game from this playthrough anymore after crash [2.8.1] [dfce]

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Game froze and crashed immediately when AI rebellion triggered for federation ally, thereafter at least the last five saves from that playthrough cannot be loaded without immediately crashing (this persists without any mods enabled, but does not affect any other playthrough). Save game attached to see if you can tell what has broken in it.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
