[Canis Minor v3.7.4 (fc72)] War on overlord Crisis empire bugs during War in Heaven

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was a regular vassal of a Crisis Aspirant empire. Galactic Community declared them the Crisis and I went to war on the side of my Crisis Overlord. The War in Heaven event triggered and my overlord allied with the League of Non-Aligned Powers. The leader of the League was an empire we were already at war with due to the crisis declaration. However, I remained in the Crisis war on the side of the crisis whereas my overlord is now on the Galactic Community side. I cannot leave the League as it is a Hegemony and I can't even negotiate vassal agreements with my overlord (yet I don't count as independent). I was not part of the Galactic Community but now I can't join because the game says I have been declared the Crisis due to the previous war.
Another odd part is that my overlord joined the already ongoing war, on the galactic community's side, a few years after we joined the League federation. My fleets were moving through their territory then suddenly went MIA and my overlord was hostile towards me. Before this, but after joining the League, my overlord was just not part of the Crisis war AT ALL.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Be the vassal of a Crisis empire during a crisis declaration war. Then have the War in Heaven event trigger and have the Crisis empire (your overlord) ally with the League of Non-Aligned Powers. The leader of the League must be a different empire.
