Camera gets stuck at edge of system when hitting Tab or clicking on arrows [Butler v2.8.1 (dfce)]

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When moving to another system by clicking on an arrow or hitting Tab, the camera starts to move towards the target system then gets stuck at the edge of the current system. At that point I can't move the camera normally anymore, I have to click on the galaxy map icon to get it unstuck. Galaxy map works fine.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Load the attached save.
2. Hit Tab a few times.

I mean this is the most reported bug ever since 1.0
 
Well, I did see that it had been reported before but not in the last year as far as I could tell. I just bought the game, and it's a pretty obvious and annoying bug that appeared in my first 20 minutes of playing so I figured it couldn't hurt to report it again. It's pretty crazy that it's been around that long but it's not too late for them to fix it I would think.
