Scientist working on archeology site being assigned to other situation with "ctrl" + "shift" continues the archeology site until finished while doing the other assignments.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Assign scientist to archeology site. Wait until first hit. Assign scientist to new mission with "ctrl" + "shift". Scientist will do new work. Scientist will also continue archeology site.
