Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you buy the Organize festival from the Artisans, the tooltips said that the following
"Gain the Festival of Worlds modifier for 10 years"
However, the buff only lasts 5 years in total.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not sure if ethics affected it. Just use my attached save to test it.
