Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
There is a special icon that shows in the outliner when you can remove a tile blocker from a planet. However it does not show for when you can remove the special blocker "buried lithoid". Even though this blocker is critically important to remove, as it instantly provides you with extra pops.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
play lithoid with calimitious birth and colonize a planet using the asteroid colony ship

The icon only appears when it is a newly available tile blocker removal. In other words, it shows up when you research a tech that unlocks the ability to remove a blocker, that you couldn't, previously. As the lithoid blockers can be removed by default, there is never a time where you can't remove it.

You are explaining how this issue occurs, but not why it should not be fixed.
There is no logical reason for the icon to not appear for buried lithoids. As this is information you actually want to know

And you are explaining why this should be "fixed" and not how it is anything that is "broken" to begin with. If it was broken, it would be a bug. Since it is not broken, it is a suggestion.
