Bug removing blockers during the colonization

There is no longer possible to remove the blockers of some districts in a planet
Steps to reproduce the issue.
At my last colonized planet, I saw that it was possible to see the planet features from a planet while it was still being colonized. There I saw that it was possible to begin to clear the districts blockers.
I began to remove the blockers to have them removed when the colony is finished,. When the colony was finished, 3 blockers were already removed, and only 1 was still unfinished. The problem is that at the planet the blockers are still there, and the buttons to remove them from the planet features column and resources used have vanished. Only 1 blockers can still be cleared.
