Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was playing a a criminal megacorp with the Imperial fief origin in a multiplayer game. I built branch offices on all imperial planets and some neutrals. When the Empire fractured all my branch offices were stripped from my outliner and had their buildings removed.

This was further seen with the neutral nation. I built the offices when they were independent, then another player vassalized them. Still had offices. But then the player liberated them and offices vanished from the outlines while all buildings were deleted.

Speculation: code is treating branch a as imperial possessions so when freedom is gained they're partially deleted.

Seperate problem: a deferent mega corp built a branch office in a player's territory. I invaded and destroyed the mega corp. The offices don't close but are instead now 'neutral'.

Branch offices have no flag in the outliner.

Unrelated to branch offices: the ai imperial vassals use up all their influence in the first stages of the game getting defensive pacts and research agreements etc. This leaves them unable to expand.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Build a branch office in a vassal and have them related.

Or

Destroy a mega corp with offices.

This happened to me too, as a non-criminal megacorp with Imperial Fiefdom.

Before my Overlord imploded, I had about 4-5 branch offices in their territory. When they fractured into a ton of tiny empires, all but one of the branch offices disappeared.

EDIT UPDATE: ...then when I loaded that save up again the day after, the branch offices were back. The version number had not changed.
