Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In the save game, attempt to set the synth robot species of the empire to Full Citizenship. After you click the corresponding opinion, they will be set as Undesirables.

A short time before the save, I've changed my default AI rights policy of the empire to the one that allows full living standards to the synths. Their actual standard, however, remained as Servitude.

Initially using Glavius and some other mods, but loading the save without mods still results in the same behavior.
