Description
Archeology Sites Spawning incorrectly Dick v.3.0.3 (d281)

Game Version
Dick v.3.0.3 (d281)

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
There are two issues I'm reporting here: first, when an AI surveys a previously surveyed system it can find more archeology sites. This can sort of be exploited, for example, if you leave a system unsurveyed, it may eventually get an archeology site. I've seen this bug around 4-5 times in ~100 hours. Second, if you build a ring world in a system with a looted archeology site, that site can respawn. I had a previously excavated moon bump site before I built a ring world, and thanks to the first bug mentioned above, an AI rediscovered the same site in a system that lost its starbase and became surveyable.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
first) survey a system, wait for an ai to survey it, they might find something new
second) bulld a ring world in a system with an archeology site, repeat #1 or survey something new

Hello!

Thank you for the report!
While every player scanning a system and adding more anomalies into it is working as designed, the second issue you bring up is troublesome. Unfortunately, the issue does not reproduce on our end. Building a Ring World should remove all celestial bodies from a system, making a reset of a dig site impossible. Can you provide us with more information? A save file with the issue happening would be most helpful.

This suggestion is aimed primarily at the reporter, but could be for QA too:

When trying to replicate bugs with archeological sites, I find that removing the line
400 = {}

from events/ancient_relics_site_spawn_event.txt - ancrel.9999 is the easiest way to go.

This does not create any impossible behavior, it just increases the chance of finding a random site to 100% every time you survey anything.

If I understood the issue correctly, then steps to reproduce could be,
1. load a save that has a site in a system
2. build a ring world there
3. delete the line mentioned above
4. restart the game
5. survey for a bit, until you get the duplicate site

unfortunately, I can't provide save files because I play on ironman mode. To clarify what the screenshots mean, in the first image, Tau Celi has an archeology site, but after I build a ring world, that site and all planetary bodies are destroyed. Later, in the second image, the Witzen starbase is destroyed by the grey tempest, and the moon bump site is rediscovered there. (As you can see I just got the notification on the top of my screen)
