Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The alternate sol starting system for the knights of the toxic god origin is available for use by all empires, allowing them to start with the habitat and unique building and knight jobs. I assume its not intentional?

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create new empire > choosing an origin that is not Knights of the Toxic God > Change starting system to "Toxic God's Sol" > Finish creation and start game
