Description
All Lost Colony parents start on continental worlds

Game Version
v3.2.2 (abcc)

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
All Lost Colony parent empires are scripted to appear on a continental world regardless of climate preference.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Look in common/solar_system_initializers/federations_initializers.txt and notice that all the planets for the Lost Colony parent are scripted to be pc_continental. Alternatively, start up a game as a lost colony empire with non-continental preference and see your parent empire spawn on a continental world.

I ran into this problem too. I noticed that when I was changing species rights at the beginning of the game that I could click on the Go To button, and not only would it show me where my species homeworld was, it also said that it was a Continental World, even though my species had a Tropical climate preference.
