When trying to offer peaceful subjugation as a Megacorp, it's impossible for anyone to accept. All empires seem to get a -1000 modifier towards accepting, because they all refuse the subject type "Subsidiary", which is the only type available to Megacorps.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start game as a Megacorp.
open the suggest subjugation screen with any empire.
Check reasons to accept.
