a neighbouring Rogue Servitor have started the game on Tundra world, but the biotrophies they've spawned with is Savanna Preference ... shoudn't happen?
Steps to reproduce the issue.
spawn a galaxy with sufficiently many random rogue servitors, and observe the habitat preference of their bio-trophies, might only happen rarely, so better spawn a load
