"One world to rule them all!" - Achieve the highest score with rulling only one planet
"United Federation of Planets" - Form a federation of more than 150 races
"Galactic Empire" - Own or have subject the entire galaxy
"Warp 10" - Unlock the entire Warp technology three
"This is not a space station" - Build a deathstar
"The answer to the life the universe and everything" - Research all technologies
"Your planet was in the way for the Galactic Highway" - Destroy an entire planet
"Empire of Man" - Purge all other species
"That´s no moon..." - Build a space station
"It´s not droids we are looking for" - During the sentient machines disaster, attack another faction
"Assimilate this" - Stop the sentient machines disaster
"Resistance is futile" - As a machine race, conquer the entire galaxy.
"Däniken 2.0" - Share the technology of spacetravel with a minor civilization.

"Purple Phoenix" - Colonize a new star, which had been a super nova
"Launch them into outer space" - Explore 5 useless planets in a row
"Why are they still employed?" - Explore 10 useless planets in a row
"Poland can into space" - Steal a spaceship
"Comet sighting" - Frighten a planet, which Race is in the middle age
"Starfleet" - Build up your navy to your civilization's maximum navy forcelimit
"The guardians of peace" - Guarantee the independence of the three most powerful civilizations
"The 12 Colonies of Kobol" - Colonize twelve planets
"Mr. President" - Become elected as the leader of a federation
"The knowledge of the Ancients" - Get technology of the ancient empires
"This comet is harmless" - Stop a comet which is threating another planet
"Technology has a strong influence on the weak minded" - Subjugate a backwards minor civilization diplomatically
"Make it so!" - Explore one planet
"Red shirt" - Lose a science ship while exploring a planet
"Looking in Alderaan places" - Search the remnants of a destroyed planet
"Twinkle, twinkle, little star" - Discover a dwarf star
"Europa Universalis" - Discover a planet named Europa
"Crusader King" - As a monarchy, attack an enemy with another religion

"501th Legion" - As species with clone reproduction conquer the entire galaxy
"Only a dead human is a good human" - As an insectoide species wipe out humanity

Please no fluff achievements like "form an alliance". Achievements should be something you achieve.

"Voyager" - Have one ship travel to the furthest edge of the map and then return to your home planet
"Tough Little Ship" - Have one of your ships travel to the furthest edge of the map and return to your home planet, sustaining around 90% damage for most of the trip
"Ugly Bags of Mostly Water" - Encounter a silicon life form (not sure if this is gonna be in Stellaris, but I thought it sounded kinda cool )
"Quality of Life" (reference to the Star Trek: TNG episode of the same name) - your AI workers have gained sentience
"Long live the empire" - Recover your former size after being reduced to just one or two systems

"It could have been us" - As humans discover a mammalian world that wiped itself out with nuclear war and decode their history

Signs - Successfully repel a foreign Scientist ship from capturing any of your citizens.

New World Order - Enslave a Mammalian race as a Reptilian race.

There is only War - Be at war with 5 factions or more at the same time.

Your passport has Expired - As a Planetbound species, capture a scientist ship belonging to an FTL Civilization.

Humanity does not Negotiate - As Humans, repel an invasion from another dimension.

They have their gods, we have our tanks - As a mostly atheist/agnostic civilization, defend against a religious civilization. (Taken from 40K)

Democracy is Non-Negotiable - As a Democratic Civilization, be the most powerful militarily in the Galaxy and have military outposts in half the Galaxy's empires.

Major Star Trek RIP offs and may not be probably due to lack of in game mechanics but there is always DLC

"Best of Both Worlds" - Capture a major character of an enemy

"In the pale moonlight" - by espionage gain an ally or make two allies/neutrals go to war with each other

"Changing Face of Evil" - Destroy all but one ship in a battle envolving more than x amount of ships

"When it Rains" - re-capture a system lost earlier in the same war

"All good things..." - Survive the end game judgement

"A good day to die" - have a ship do a suicide run in battle
