Description
A bug of ship details

Game Version
3.0.3

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
All of them

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
With intel system be introduced, ship details cannot be known easily, but it may be overused. I don't think I can build a network in Amoeba community, it's too stupid. And even in the combat, I still cannot get the detail of enemies, come on, they're just Marauder Clans and Amoeba, why my scanners don't work? I believe these are not in design.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just open your game.... find a non-empire's spaceship(or spaceanimal?), you'll find it.

There is a way to make ur scanners good enough to reveal every fleets fleet components and even their movement orders. U need 2 sentry arrays for that. To do that u either build the first and conquer a second one from an ai empire, or u destroy the outpost, making the system with ur first sentry array unowned. This should allow u to build a second one. After the building platform is completed u can take the first array back into ur empire. 2 sentry arrays are great. U see everything, even the components of the crisis and where they plan to send their fleets into.
