[3.8.1] God-Emperor of my Imperial Cult Empire has been found as a psychic... three times.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As the title description states, my Ruling God-Emperor has been found psychic three times, and no the traits did not stack. He has yet to become psychic at all. I started this run with the new DLC to try and get a God-Emperor from the start of the game to become my Immortal Chosen One. I am including a screencap of the Empire build along with the save file (post third psychic event on the God-Emperor), for anyone who wants to try it and see if this is a recurring issue with... whatever it might be. My other leaders have not have an issue with their psychic powers sticking around, only my primary Ruler. I got the Zroni as a precursor, and the Window event appeared for me, not sure if either of those would have some sort of impact.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Run with Teachers of the Shroud, see if psychic powers stick to your primary ruler. Possibly only a God-Emperor type, unsure. Empire build, and save game attached.

EDIT: Even after the Great Awakening tradition, my God-Emperor is not psychic. I am going to continue, and hope he may become the Chosen One still.
