Description
[3.7.4 (b646)] Fleet Combat Stats and war engagement summary show different outcomes for battles

Game Version
Canis Minor v3.7.4

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
All except Toxoids.

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes
(Only mod is the test branch of the Storm Cluster MODJAM2022 crisis, which isn't going to do anything until midgame and hasn't thrown anything to error.log besides the two expected overwrites.)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I just won a battle in the Ela Gaan system, and the Fleet Combat Stats notification and the War Exhaustion tooltip for the engagement in the war summary are showing different amounts of ships lost on the enemy side. According to Fleet Combat Stats, I lost 4 ships and they lost 6, while the war summary says I lost 4 (same) and they lost 3 (half as much!)

If I use console commands to take control of my opponent, I can see that they actually have 0 ships left in their navy, meaning they actually lost their entire 19 ship fleet! This adds up in the war summary if you assume that the bottom 3 engagements (0:4 + 0:12 + 4:3 = 4:19) are all describing the same battle, but it doesn't explain how the combat stats got to 6 - that doesn't match any of the engagements!

Steps to reproduce the issue.
While there was only one fleet involved on the enemy side, I did notice that it received reinforcements during the battle.
There were technically two fleets involved on my side, if you count the occupied starbase. I don't remember whether or not my fleet received reinforcements or not.

I also see the same.

Both the War Exhaustion summary and the combat AAR report are completely bogus and produce mutually conflicting information, where neither has any connection to reality.

(Hooray for this making evaluating combat effectiveness a pleasant experience...)
