Description
[3.7.4 (b646)] [Exploit] Lithoid AI with no use for food values it twice as much as minerals in trade

Game Version
Canis Minor v3.7.4

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
All except Toxoids.

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes
(Only mod is the test branch of the Storm Cluster MODJAM2022 crisis, which isn't going to do anything until midgame and hasn't thrown anything to error.log besides the two expected overwrites.)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have just finished establishing first contact with Pyritho Necrorporated, a Lithoid Megacorporation. They have the Ruthless Capitalists personality and a cordial attitude, and their single-species empire has no food income or expenditures.

They're happy to trade me 2 minerals per food despite having absolutely no use for it. (The best deal I can get is at a slightly better rate, 23 food for 48 minerals)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Offer to trade food to an AI empire that doesn't use it.
I believe you also see this behavior with consumer goods and gestalts.

AI trade deal valuations really need some love. You can directly impact how they value resources based on your monthly income of said resources. It should be based almost entirely on what they want for income, what they have for income, and in the case of lithoids with no food demand, or gestalts with no consumer good demand, etc, they shouldn't want the resource at all.

Just changing the monthly food and mineral incomes via market orders:
