[3.6.1] [a6c5] "open in fleet manager" button shows the wrong fleet

the "open in fleet manager" button on individual fleets often shows the wrong fleet in the fleet manager. i have figured out a way to reproduce the issue reliably.
this is quite annoying, since i often like to reassign some corvettes from one fleet to another. to do this, i transfer some ships to a new fleet, merge the new fleet with the other fleet and decrease the number of assigned ships to the original fleet by the corresponding amount. if i do step 3 before step 2, the fleet manager will show the incorrect fleet, causing the process to be quite labored and tiresome.
no attachment is necessary, so i uploaded a funny image instead.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. make a fleet with some ships
2. transfer some ships to a new fleet
3. WITHOUT DESELECTING THE FLEETS, click the "open in fleet manager" button on the original fleet
4. marvel at how the fleet manager is showing the new fleet instead
