Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When having researched the Standardized Corvette Patterns technology, the 5% cost reduction is seemingly not being applied. This issue was present back in the first beta version if I remember correctly (it was reported, but was never confirmed). I haven't tested if this also is the case for frigates, or for any other equivalent ship techs.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Boot up a new game, research the Standardized Corvette Patterns tech (tech_corvette_build_speed) and hover over the tooltip for building a new corvette in a shipyard space station. I already used the console to do this in the attached save file.
