[3.6.0 open-beta-3] [313b] Planet class name doesn't show up when selecting planet class in species editor

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This is a rather old bug that I never got around to report, but when you go to select the planet class for your custom species, the class name text box doesn't change, and stays completely empty.
Picture attached is using guibounds console command to indicate the text box.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create a species.
Go to Name & Class tab.
Observe that the text box is empty.
